License Agreement for Mockba

1. Introduction​

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and GlobalDv C.A ("Company") for the use of the Telegram bot ("Bot"). By using the Bot, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Grant​

The Company grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Bot for personal purposes only. The User may add other users to the Bot; however, the User is strictly prohibited from reselling, renting, or charging a monthly fee for access to the Bot.

3. Intellectual Property​

All intellectual property rights in the Bot, including but not limited to the code, design, and functionalities, are and remain the exclusive property of GlobalDv C.A. The User acknowledges that they acquire no ownership rights in the Bot by using it.

4. Bot Operations​

The Bot is designed to operate against Binance and offers the following functionalities:

  • Execute trades
  • Execute auto trade gainers
  • Create technical analysis
  • Perform analysis using Elliot Waves

5. No Financial Advice​

The User acknowledges that the Bot does not provide financial advice. The information and analysis provided by the Bot are for educational and informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial advice. The User is solely responsible for any trading decisions made based on the information provided by the Bot.

6. Risk Acknowledgement​

The User acknowledges that trading in financial markets involves significant risk. The market conditions can cause the User to lose money. The User agrees to use the Bot at their own risk. The Company does not guarantee any profits or protection from losses.

7. Limitation of Liability​

The Company shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or consequences suffered by the User or any third party as a result of using the Bot. The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and its agents from any and all claims arising out of the User's use of the Bot.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty​

The Bot is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance or operation of the Bot.

9. Termination​

The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke the User's access to the Bot at any time without notice for any reason.

10. Governing Law​

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GlobalDv C.A. is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Entire Agreement​

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.

12. Additional Terms​

The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the User, and continued use of the Bot will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
